I was at this location a day ago. I noticed the staff being very attentive and outgoing. Which surprised me. Then it made sense. The General Manager was there. So, of course they had to go out of their way, to actually greet and assist their members. Then this morning, they reverted to their old ways.This location has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Every time I check in, I am totally ignored, and not even acknowledged. Not to point anyone out, but there is a certain staff member “ short brunette with glasses” who’s always on her phone. I understand the whole millennial thing, where common courtesy is nonexistent and everything, but come on. Would it hurt just to say “Hello?” How are you this morning? Enjoy your workout.” If I owned this particular location, I would seriously think about hiring a new staff.

I've had a membership to this gym for around two years now and attend 3-4 times a week in the evenings around 7pm. The equipment is nice and anything that breaks seems to get fixed fairly quickly. The staff all seem helpful as well. My main gripe is how packed it gets and how the areas meant for HIIT training are consistently taken over by the overflow of people and the special classes being held at peak hours every evening. Also, they started allowing a person to cook food INSIDE and sell it to people - The strong scent of food while trying to push yourself at the gym is NOT IDEAL. I'd suggest only paying for the basic membership at this gym unless you want access to multiple locations.

Linear layout makes it easy to move from one machine to another very quickly. Only docking a star because either half the paper towel rolls are empty or not working during prime time gym hours 5p-8p. Still love this place though
