We had a new front door and patio door replaced July 29th. The installers, Josh and Chole were excellent but not provided with the correct core locking mechanism. Nicole, our coordinator, the called me Aug 4th to reassure me she was following up with the needed part. By August 22nd I had attempted 2 times to contact Nicole with no return call. Desperate I contacted Jim Grossi, our salesman. He reassured me that he would contact Nicole. Today, our core locking mechanism was installed, almost a month after the door was installed. Thank you Jim. I feel Nicole dropped the ball on this one. That is the reason for the rating!
