The place is ran like the onwers only care about getting lot payments. The water is a brownish color from the park manger taking short cuts for hiring the proper companies for jobs. This company root something was hired to fix a tree problem as to which this company Gorman dropped a tree

Questions & Answers

Should I be responsible for cleaning the moss off of a trailer I do not own, caused by trees I did not plant? If I do power wash it, the already shotty skirting work will be completely tore up. I have reported the skirting problem many times.

No I wouldn't risk it. If you cause damage by power washing it. Then you're probably responsible then for those damages caused. Keep reporting it to management. That's about all you can do. Make it managements responsibility. Not your's.

Too much for that place. I believe my friend pays 399.00 or 425.00 a month just for lot rent. Look into Pineview. It's alot more beautiful and. You can rent to own. I used to live there and loved it there!!
