We have an appointment with you for 5/15 to look at the replacement of an Anderson casement window light. We were surprised when the young lady indicated a $95 service call. Is this a normal practice? Seems like alot of money for an "estimate".

Quotes for "NEW" projects are free, Most repairs calls have a fee with them however that money is used towards any work done
