Shapes has been one of the best experiences of my life. Their aqua classes alone are amazing. Such a supportive sisterhood and caring staff. I will never look for another gym. They made this chubby girl love working out.

I love this place. It is a happy place full of amazing women of all ages and sizes (no judgement at Shapes!) The staff is caring, experienced, and encouraging and the space and equipment is clean and well maintained. I have made some remarkable new friends and just last week had to trade in my favorite capris for a smaller size. Shapes is welcoming and full of diversity which makes each visit a joy. They offer something for everyone - a pool, tons of equipment, classes, personal training and some really creative and fun special activities. Joining Shapes is the best thing I have done for myself in a long, long time.

I should have posted this a long time ago but better late than never! I have been coming to Shapes for about 2 years now and let me tell you, it’s the best decision I could have ever made in my life! Before joining this gym I was struggling with depression , pain , and obesity..Now I get upset if I have to miss a day ! Although I still have a way to go to Reach my goal weight I am such a stronger person ,doing things I never thought that I would do again! The best thing about Shapes is it is like a family! We all get to know each other and the trainers are all involved and really want to help you succeed!And where else do you know of an owner, like Ann Gilbert, who literally is there all the time for you and takes such personal interest in you? I can’t think of any other facility. There are also great classes and equipment and I particularly love the Triple Threat floor classes, the aqua classes and the aqua volleyball!! And they are always offering new classes and specials!! I highly recommend Shapes and their great trainers! You cannot go wrong!

Well I don’t even know were to start, as soon I walk in the gym I feel like home, happy to start my work out with enthusiasm and the cheerful ladies in all the classes, the trainers are the bomb 😃they make you work inside out! Wow and the place we all keep it so clean. I really enjoy my workout! Thank you ladies! I appreciate you ALL💪🏽
