RUDE service - rude when they were next to the Giant and rude when they moved to Cedar Lane. Bearded guy with glasses acts like he’s doing you a favor when you are the paying customer. Why bother being in the “service” industry if you don’t know how to treat customers? The UPS store and FedEx store on Maple are professionals compared to this total axx. Recommend everyone NOT use them. Not worth it.

Great friendly service. The owner was very helpful in printing out electronic business documents that I then sent overseas. He helped me chose the right international carrier (DHL, UPS, FedEx) based on delivery time and cost. I would recommend Parcel Plus to my friends and family.
