I purchased a company vehicle from them last month. I advised the sales man that I would be coming in from two hours away to buy the truck and to please take photos of any damage so I wouldn’t waste my time. When I arrived we talked numbers and I test drove it. From the beginning I didn’t feel really great customer service. That’s fine though, it was a fairly simple deal. The problems rose when I found significant paint damage, as in peeling and cracking paint on the roof, (showing bare metal in some places) and evidence of one of the doors being repainted. I asked what could be done and was basically told the price is set, we aren’t fixing anything, and to take it or leave it. I was pretty disappointed because this damage was not disclosed to me before I drove over two hours. Normally i would walk out based on dishonesty and what i felt like was a lack of caring, but we needed the truck for the company so I made the purchase. We waited what seemed like an hour, at 9pm, for the business office and got it all said and done. A month later we received the hard plates from them (late) and they sent us the wrong plates. I bought an F150 and was sent someone else’s tags and registration that went to a 2022 Tacoma. Needless to say this is a huge error; privacy wise and for the fact that I need my tags to drive. I called several times to try to resolve and was asked to ship back the plates. Okay, I overnighted them at my cost, but what about MY plates? They told me they would let me know and didn’t. I called several times last week and left voicemail, as my tags were now expired. So for now, i can’t drive the new company truck. I have not been called or told anything since the first interaction and me sending back my plates. Super disappointed from a dealership that’s known in the area as one of the biggest. I worked in dealerships years ago, and buy several cars a year for the company i work for now, including 5 this year alone and I have never run into this. EDIT: I received a call from a Rep from Koons, she apologized, but wasn't much else she could do. It was like pulling teeth, but I finally got my plates.

Our employees are prohibited from reporting to work without a 14 day self-quarantine if they have traveled outside the United States or to a high-impact area (as determined by the CDC) or if they have taken a cruise. Our shuttle service runs daily (M-F 6am-7pm, Saturday 7am-3:30pm, and Sunday 9am-3:30pm). Your service advisor can help you get shuttle service during the check-in process.
This is dependent on the make and model of your car and can range from $75-$400 per key.
Due to the volume of customers, loaner vehicles are not offered. However, Koons Tysons Toyota does offer a shuttle service (travels within a five mile radius). If you need to travel further we do have a rental car department as well as a metro station located approximately two blocks away.

Yes, we are able to perform maintenance and repair work on Lexus vehicles. Warranty work would have to be handled exclusively at an authorized Lexus dealership. Thank you for your question!

The titles are sent through USPS and sent to the address registered in the DMV database. It is not common for the title to dominate more than 60 days. Sometimes there are exceptions. It is recommended that you visit the DMV and there you can request a duplicate (title). If you visit the DMV, you could take the opportunity to confirm your mailing address. The engine service indicator light can come on for many reasons. What's most important is that you call us and schedule an appointment so that we can diagnose the situation. Although you may not feel or notice a change in your vehicle, it is recommended that you schedule an appointment with our service department to prevent avoidable future maintenance repairs.
Due to the high volume of customers serviced at Koons Tysons Toyota we limit car washes to customers who request one ahead of time. Koons Tysons Toyota would be more than happy to wash the exterior of your vehicle, however this may slightly delay your vehicle delivery time.
