This place wants to charge residents more money if you have someone staying with you longer than 2 or 3 nights. They want so much money from the people living there to make up for all the apts that are empty.

I have the 2 bedroom floor layout. As far as i know the 2 bed is their largest. And i pay 1140 with water sewer trash and pest control.
It depends on the floor plan you pick and to move in all together costs about 3000 that's deposit, water, sewage, first month, and renters insurance
