They call you to schedule an assessment test where you are tested for spelling, typing, accuracy and you read a short script. Very simple. You are told the results immediately and upon passing, you will be given a phone interview with some simple questions to determine if you are a good fit for the position. After the phone interview you will be offered the position with the opportunity to choose a morning or evening 4 week training schedule. Your sign on paperwork will be emailed to you. Very simple and painless process. Best of luck in your career search.
You have to be able to type, spell, and say exactly what someone else says AS THEY SAY IT clearly. Once you go through the testing they set up a phone interview which is really easy run of the mill why do you want to work for us, etc. etc. And then you can pick an AM or PM training. In my training class there were some people who quit but do NOT GIVE UP until you get through the end of week 2 or 3. It gets way easier as time goes on but it seems hard at first. It's a really easy cool job I like it a lot. And between calls you can do whatever you want (no phone or personal computer use tho).
It was not what I expected. Very in personable and not clear on the instructions the person who interviewed me didnt seem inviting or helpful. Glad I didnt get this job.
