How are you going to take someone's hold deposit, promise that your next, then tell me your all set for this Friday the 17th to pick up your keys, then we stop in and check to see if everything is still a go, and then get told that we were bumped for someone else and they already paid their deposit, we offered last week to pay the move in costs to secure the unit and were told that we can't do that till we see it, but you let the person you bumped us for so that? And no one in any kind authority will answer the phone.

I was living here and listen I watched them take people deposit and tell them they’ll have a place soon but they are lying they have like a 3-4 month wait. But they are going to tell you it’s ready now and take ur deposit and tell u to wait. Supposedly what they do is if you tell them u want ur deposit back they’ll offer u this run down place and If u say no they’ll say u forfeit your deposit… the termites and fleas are bad too as well as the roaches to live here your paying 285 a week and up. It’s really bad there

Mobile are what they are, so no down stars for any of that. The rating down is because they constantly post they have available units, knowing they don't, and giving people hope, then asking for a non refundable $610 ro be put on a waiting list. Bad business.

How much to move in? Weekly or monthly?
Well it has been over a month now. We sent a legal letter to them guess I have to go to the next step. From what I understand they do this alot and would like to get a group of people that they have screwed over to go to court against them
Trust and believe me they're very deceiving you would want one place and they will try and put you somewhere else don't trust it

They have 15 properties. Just because you look at one in a particular park and put a deposit on because why show it ask if you like then say pay $500 and if you want it. It does NOT mean that is yours. If you don't care or mind where you are living, the area, close to work, bus route or shopping? Show you nice "available rentals" 2/2 or 2/1 trailers and then try to put you in a 5th wheel camper off of 50th St. 15 more miles away. Criminal!!
