Exellente place to live, the only complaint that I have is that it is very hard to speak to the office, if you do then you have to go there otherwise they will not answer the calls neither return messages. Location and neighbors are the best.

This place is the worst management is horrible all they do is lie to you in your face even when you ask to show you proof and yet you have the proof in your hand the people are ok for the most part but management is the worst they all need to be fired

This place is miserable!! They don’t tell you about extra add on fees on the price of rent. Fake drive thru tax almost 40.00 they say to pick up loose trash in community plus I have to pay a garbage bill the office management are mean and rude. The park is a nasty mess just ride thru and see for yourself they don’t do anything for the residents but rip you off. I dread seeing them in the office each month to pay my rent. The rent always going up. What a joke the park is basically running itself they only want the high azz fees. They don’t care about you!!!! Can’t wait to leave this zoo! Rent should be free they always shutting down water in park for hours they do patch jobs on the water lines been like this for years our road floods out you need canoe to get to front door😡 please do yourself a favor and no headaches be smart and look elsewhere. Take this advice or be miserable!!!!

Where do we start...the money. This place is a money pit, they keep raising the rent ($600+ currently) and other strange fees. Mind your mobile home doesn't raise in value and you don't own the lot your house is in! What you get is a dirty pool ($25 for key) in which other people from other neighborhoods come to do loud parties, a broken tennis court a sub par basketball court filled with profanity graffiti and a playground no children should go in by themselves. You do get your lawn trimmed, enjoy. Let's talk water/sewer. So water is supposed to be included but it always goes up why? Well what management won't tell you is that the park has a sewer problem, a huge problem. Word is pipes underneath are broken and to properly fix them they'll have to dig underneath some homes. So a few times a year they shut everyone's water off to patch up what they can. Sporadic water loss, fun. Also there is houses with multiple families (the case I'm familiar with had 11 people in it) you're not supposed to but some around there get special privileges for unknown reasons. So here you are following the rules with your registered number of families while your neighbors are splitting the $600+ lot rent and are using a ton of "included" water for 11 people. Speaking of water, when it rains, this place gets FLOODED. The good people always outweigh the bad and there are great hard working people living here but there is a very loud, inconsiderate, disrespectful, "just don't care" attitude lot. Speaking of people, the management is terrible. They enforce the rules on some and not others. They are rude and unprofessional. Try to find another place as best as you can, this place is "rock bottom".
