Been here for a year and a half. Very easy work to do, it's quiet, and unfortunately there's little to no interaction with other employees. Just show up on time and ask for days off in advance. If you're looking to switch from part time to full time, GOOD LUCK. Rather than accommodate long term employees, they rather give full time hours to new employees. Also, I don't like how I have different supervisors every few months. I rather stick with one supervisor long term.

I can say that the only things I enjoyed in training was: meeting new people, learning a little bit of different things, and the hours of training were okay as well. If you base your experience by the way the recepcionist/interviewer treats you be alert cause they say they`re the face of the company, not always. I understand that all policies are for everyone but please if you`re thinking that all you have to do is listen to a bunch of stuff and repeat you`re wrong, they never give you an exam in the interview about hitting 130 words per minute lol. So you have your training thinking you`re hired until bam on your face, you didn`t hit the 130 words per minute and when you do, you didn`t make the corrections on the screen. The dragon system is useless, totally inefficient which I know they can buy better ones but who will? It seems like all they care is to make a quota of money, and who passes great who doesn`t you`re out of the door. Not recommended for people who are immigrants because if you have a bit of an accent only you`ll think is because of that that the lame system won`t get your voice, NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOUR ENGLISH IS. Very unfortunate for a company that`s in a town filled with them! Never again, you can`t use your own bottle, take food inside which is understandable. But if you`re diabetic good luck (I`m not thank God), if you go to the restroom, the assistant won`t even give you your sheet even if she sees you and when you say thanks she doesn`t answer you back. Very weird place, you have to drink lots of water and your throat hurts in the end of the day, if you talk fast you miss many major words (because Dragon sucks!) and if you correct them you`re slower than 130. They only care about the money coming in, so don`t be fooled about the 'good' treatment you receive on the interview, or first week. Run!

Not a bad place to work as far what you are you doing but the training is rushed and extremely strict. They give you a daily assessment and if you fail a certain amount your fired right on the spot. You get no warning what so ever. If you really need a job recommend choosing the night shift training so you can job search during the day. Otherwise i dont recommend it

I enjoy working here. It is a nice place to work, as long as you show up on time for your shift and do what you are supposed to do everything will work out great. Unlike other call centers there is no drama here it is very peaceful and everyone is very nice. And plus you get to do something to help people and you get paid for it! What can be better than that and more satisfying?! :)

I don't think it matters how many hours you work HR will accommodate any 'medical'/'health' thing with extra aux time you just have to tell them you need it and fill out the form so they can document it, and from how it was explained to me if you have been approved for the time (which there's no way you wouldnt for that) you can use it throughout the day however you need it you just mark on your shift tracker when you want it applied so that it can be adjusted properly for your adherence.
They call you to schedule an assessment test where you are tested for spelling, typing, accuracy and you read a short script. Very simple. You are told the results immediately and upon passing, you will be given a phone interview with some simple questions to determine if you are a good fit for the position. After the phone interview you will be offered the position with the opportunity to choose a morning or evening 4 week training schedule. Your sign on paperwork will be emailed to you. Very simple and painless process. Best of luck in your career search.
I don't know about setting but suggested to captel and this add feature
It's registered to the owner forever. You might could give it to someone who wanted 1 but I'm not sure how that works. They have customer service but this locations strictly handles captioning.
Not that hard if you can type, spell, and talk when someone else is talking.
