So sad that when u try to do the right thing and call the sheriff's office they treat u with such utter disresepect! The workers there that dont value their job and the position they are in to support the public should be fired. If you need help dont bother calling as our beloved sheriff's have not a single care. If our beloved Chad county sherrif had any sense he'd have a serious talk with his staff about the proper procedures for handleing inquirys or request for information. As well as listen to the phone recordings of the operators who answer calls . Pitaful service, pitaful attitude and a pitaful representation for what the police department should be. I am ashamed to live in hillsborough with a sherrifs office that has such utter disregard for its citizens. If anyone sees this and cares feel free to reach out to me as id love to give you my story and change the sad excuse we call a duty to serve the people

Super polite, fast and professional. My fiance and I are working late on Sunday at his office. We are the only ones here. I am quietly playing scrabble on my phone and he is on the computer working. We both here what sounds like a door opening and closing. He went around to check out the surroundings and didn't see anyone, he called out for anyone to answer and nobody did. We were still scared because we both heard the same thing, it wasn't like just one of us did. He called the cops and they arrived extremely fast and the lady on the phone stayed with us until the deputy arrived. A bunch of cop cars came really fast and they even had a dog in case he was needed. We feel so much safer now that they cleared the area. Cops are such great people and deserve all the respect we can give them. They do a tremendous service in keeping our communities safe. If anyone from the Hillsborough County Police Department is reading this, thank you so so much.
