There all about caring for their patients. They delivered as promised, Im currently pain free after knee gel injections. I highly recommend their medical treatment. The staff is very professional and helpful.

I have been attending this clinic for well over 6 years. The staff has always went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable coming here. I actually live over 40 mins away, and still continue to come to this clinic every single month. My doctor has been able to work with me over the years and find a treatment plan that has increase my overall quality of life. They take the time to listen to all my problems and concerns and then figure out the best course of action to help me. Since I started going here , I have been able to manage my chronic pain and allow me to go through life pain free and being able to be a fun grandma again to my 6 grandchildren. If you are looking for a kind , professional and all around amazing place to manage your pain then look no further.

Most unprofessional, ridiculous doctors office I’ve ever imagined. My appointment was on Friday at 10am. At around 12pm the receptionist told me I needed more paperwork from my previous pain management doctor or this doctor would not see me. Luckily there was someone working in records that was helpful and faxed the information right away. Normally it’s 24-48 hours to get anything faxed. So after completing this task I wait another hour until I’m finally called back to the exam room where I wait and wait.... after 5 hours of waiting I fell asleep. A nurse wakes me up at 3:10 pm and tells me they need a urine specimen. I didn’t have to use the restroom at this time however over the past 5 hours I had gone 3 times so why didn’t they tell me sooner?? I look at the clock and realize it’s after 3:00 I live an hour away and I’m to get my daughters at school. These people didn’t care. I asked them if I managed to give a specimen then how long would it take to see a doctor, no response. So I manage to get barely any urine into the cup but maybe they will accept it. All the dots at the bottom were green indicating the temperature when I handed the cup to the nurse. Then the nurse tells me there was no temperature. I don’t care if it was urine or kool aid it’s going to have SOME sort of temperature! I’m fuming at this point!! Now they have wasted more of my time and I’m going to be even more late to get my daughters! I told them I wanted my money back that I waited 6 hours and never seen a doctor. They said they would reschedule me. I didn’t want rescheduled the last thing I want is to come back to this place and waste another whole day AND pay $200 to do so. They refused to give me my money back and they let me leave without my ID. It takes a lot to get me angry but these people have succeeded in bringing out a side of me I didn’t even know existed. All they had to do was either get me seen by a doctor which is what I paid for or give me my money back. So now I have made it a priority to get some sort of justice out of this whole thing. Medical board, better business bureau, DEA, medical licensing, reviews, whatever it takes, I’m not going to accept this kind of treatment from anyone. So if you are thinking of coming to Genesis to be treated you probably would want to choose somewhere else. Another place may be more expensive but in the 6 hours you wait at Genesis you could probably make that amount of money and then some. Stay away from this place and go somewhere professional.
