So convenient to have it delivered and picked up right from my house! I was able to take it to Busch Gardens, the mall(s), Disney, and resort without wasting time at the rental counter at each place! I liked the flexibility of being able to go places like the mall without advance planning. Very responsive and quick replies to text messages, which made it much easier to troubleshoot any small issues we had.
