Yes, you can volunteer but you have to be at least 16 years old to do so Just go to the shelter's front counter, ask for an application, fill it out and they should tell you when they will have the next orientation for all the new volunteers. Just be very careful because if for some reason one of their employees picks on you , guess what? They will callously get rid of you the volunteer and applaud their employee for whatever he/she did to you. They will not even bother to listen to your side of the story.
