YES YOU CAN ALTHOUGH YOU'LL STILL HAVE TO PAY $25 OR THE BEST THING IS TO TELL THEM ITS A STRAY THEN THEY JUST TAKE THE PET

Yes, you can take the easy way out by surrendering him and by paying the $25.00 fee or you can show him some compassion and pay for his sterilization, microchipping, vaccination, and licensing. You see, a dog is a family member not an old car that you can just get rid of it by taking it to the junk yard simply because you don't have any registration papers for it. If you callously bring him to the shelter he might be euthanized for lack of space or of potential adopters or because he might become too sick for anyone to want to adopt him. Show him a little mercy don't just think of yourself. Think about his feelings too.

Yes

Yes but they require you to show your ID and a fee of $25

Jacob Miller | Aug 30, 2018

Yes. They only require picture ID and the surrender fee $25. They will have some questions about the dog so they can provide details to possible adopters.
