Depending ... If you talk about going because you or someone else feel bad you can go because they have an emergency service there but if you talk about visiting someone sick then no. You have your visiting hours. You could call the hospital and ask exactly the visiting hours
If you are children or a wife, you can stay with them if not at times I think they are until 8 at night
If you can go at any time. If it's a visit only until 7pm I think.
