In the peds ward, yes. However there is only one chair/cot
That depends on the situation your child is in. For example, if he/she is in the intensive care unit they might not allow both of you to stay because you might rob him/her and the rest of the patients that are in the same room of what little oxygen there is. But to make sure I am giving you the appropriate answer ask someone at the front counter as soon as you get there. Pray to god for guidance and hope for the best.
