The staff were accommodating as we were two hours early for our reservation, they took us in right away. The boats were harder to operate then it looks and they weren’t cleaned nor sanitized . The life jackets were dirty.

Fun boat ride that is actually a workout disguised as a good time. Prices are affordable and staff is cordial. Appointments required ahead of time.

Really Awesome and a pretty good workout if you have a full boat. I took my wife and kids and the ride is about an hour long. The hour is plenty, as there is a limited area where you can paddle. I suggest going during the evening as the swan boats do light up and it is pretty cool and exiting for the kids. The boats are located right next to the Pike ferris wheel at the Marriott on Pine St. It's an attraction that you can add to your itinerary in the Long Beach Area. Parking for the hour is $5-10.

Fyi...to move the swan you have to peddle and it's not easy. Fun experience but would not do it again! Swans were sanitized after each ride. Service was friendly.

Hello Gina! Yes, we are dog friendly. Pet owners should use good judgement when deciding whether or not to bring their dog. Dogs should be friendly, well socialized, and always kept on a leash when in line and on the dock. Pet owners are responsible for their dog(s) at all times including lifting them in and out of the boat. Dogs are not allowed to swim in the lake. Life jackets are not required for dogs, nor do we provide life jackets for pets. If you wish to bring your own life jacket for your dog, you may do so. They start at 10 am I believe. I don't recommend waiting until the night because you will wait and may not even get to do it
Hello! We have two types of Swan boats. Our large Swan can sit up to 5 adults and our small Swan can sit up to 2 adults and 2 children. The boats are easily maneuverable with one person. Thank you
All ages are welcomed! We do provide required life jackets for all ages and sizes.

Hello great question, for the large Swan Boats the weight limit is 1,400 lbs or 5 adults, the small Swan Boat is 900 lbs or 2 adults and 2 children. Thank you
