The absolute worst emergency room. Waiting over 9 hours to get seen by a nurse, just to finally get a bed and listen to the ER doctors complaining about health care. Not only unprofessional but disgraceful and disturbing.

I sincerely hope the CEO reads the reviews and makes every effort to do a 360 for this ER. Myself including other patients come to the ER because we urgently need care. The triage staff were excellent, but the 7 hour wait was absolutely outrageous. I understand there is an influx of patients and it’s obviously hard to apparently manage. I recommend system redesign or leadership develop a business plan to reduce wait and better manage patient care in the ER. I’ve never experienced this and unfortunately I will never return.

Avoid at all costs especially with elderly. My father passed away here. We were not freely allowed to accompany him until 30 mins before he passed they let us know to go. Horrible place. Defund and shut it down. Second time writing review since my first one doesn’t show up

I was visiting my sister when she had to rush me to the hospital due to bleeding heavily. This was my first time being pregnant so i was terrified. Walked in to the ER and the front desk lady told me she couldn't talk to me until i checked in next door. I sat in the ER lobby bleeding for over five hours before i was put in a room. A lil over an hour after that before the RN came in to talk to me. I understand that some jobs can be stressful but not everyone is made to work in positions where they show empathy. I lost my baby that night which is already a hard pill to swallow, but some of those nurses /RNs need to be reevaluated for their positions because they have no compassion or remorse.
