Is the VA at long beach giving Covid vaccine shots in car or do you need to stand in a line or go inside building???

I feel the VA should allow people to get the shots and things for the covid-19 at least I feel their serum will be on the legitimate side and they won't be playing with people's lives when it comes to getting the shots even though they may be a federal facility I think the doors should be open for the public as well. I have even offered to come there to assist since I am a past employee of the VA system but thus far I have not received an answer from them with regards to that and I feel that it's wrong

Just guessing here, but I would think when the time comes, you'll have to park your car and go inside.
