Love the location, my chances to look for needing customers who want free TruConnect phones and tablets. This a goal mind, if you're ever looking for clientele.

What's to like about a Metro Blue Line Station? I have always liked this Station because it let's me off right in the middle of an extensive concentration of stores and shops ranging from the ubiquitous Starbucks, McDonald's, Carl's Jr. as well as 2 pharmacies, a large Albertsons, a great Goodwill store. I left out the Uniform store with competitive prices on Dickies and Levi's, 2 banks, an upscale smoke shop, manicure salon, a 99 cents - type store (with a very friendly staff). And to make this Metro stop extra special, there's a Hawaiian restaurant which seems to excel at exceedingly large portions. This station has a huge parking lot with constant police presence. I apologize to all the businesses that I forgot to include - but trust me, it's a clean and pleasant place to unwind from a long train ride as well as being a great destination point. Note: Typical of Long Beach, almost every place I mentioned is closed by 9:30 - 10:00 pm. The Subway Restaurant is open 24 hours.

The parking garage helps. Easy to navigate. Need a countdown clock to tell me when the train is coming. Felt safe overall but you will be approached by a homeless person every now and then. With me being from out of town, it was easy to take and much better to transfer to Universal and take their free shuttle than drive in traffic.

My favorite Metro station. More than enough parking available and stop by Starbucks for your venti latte before starting the morning commute. Pay attention to destinations of the trains, as every other train turns back to Downtown Los Angeles during peak commute hours.

Downtown Los Angeles yes, Union Station, you must transfer to Red Line.
Yes it is open but only to the Compton station you then have to transfer to the shuttle buses to go the rest of the way to downtown L.A. The Metro 186 buses run all the way to L.A.
They travel a little less often on Sunday. Check the times so you're not late.
Take a bus to the green line station, from the green line to the blue line and blue line all the way downtown Long Beach
