Yes but they only hire people who are intelligent enough to use full words on the job application. They avoid hiring people who abbreviate words because people who abbreviate are generally lazy people who do not complete work assignments as expected and usually take shortcuts and do sloppy work and usually need lots of supervision and generally cannot be expected to work alone because they are usually not self starters
