The Urgent Care Lobby literally only had one other person in the cue, which now I look back and realize is probably because this place is known to treat their patients poorly. The MD was good & provided me with the consulate needed thank god. Administration desk and nurse were absolute trash and were rude throughout the whole process. They would result to attitude if any questions were asked as if YOU wrk for THEM. Unacceptable.

express covid testing waiting is in this lobby - tons of positive patients checking in and waiting indoors, when chairs could have easily been placed outside. and the covid people are all in the front lobby where every other kind of patient has to walk through. they also book way too many tests a day so these ill people have to wait for over an hour for their rapid test

I always have a good experience. I get attended quickly unlike other hospital urgent cares that take like 2 hrs just to check your vitals...today's visit lasted 2 1/2 hrs and that included a ekg test and xray. Got my medication and was on my way. They are patient and work fast! Thank you, it's been great to have medical support close by!
