Very upsetting experience with the pharmacist Christine at CVS. Terribly rude and demeaning. I called and made a complaint with CVS corporate. I hope something is done. There are way too many other options for the customer service to be so poor.

I spend hours at the cashier for 4 items it should be fast I don’t know what they are working on my account. They removed my privileges as an extra care customer. If you’re trying to save money using your coupons don’t go there. They are not gonna let you use it. Store manager is the worst .

the personnel at this location, Eastvale, their altitudes are worsening, don't know why? it appeared to me and I assume that the staff received poor training of customer services, poor in listening. don't answer what they heard, but do/answer what they had in their minds. It doesn't make sense to visit this CVS.

Worst CVS to get a vaccine. You make an appointment and when you get there they say they can't take you. Like TF I left work early to get my booster shot and they can't take me. Really need to work on your communication skills with people that make appointments. If I could give a negative star I would.
