Climbing equipment does have maximum safe working limits however you'll find that it's difficult to exceed them. If you want to climb on the auto-belay systems I believe they top out around 250 lbs. If you want to top rope I believe around 350 lbs would be acceptable however you need someone within maybe 50 lbs of your weight to belay. I would call to find out exactly how much their wall can handle however I doubt you exceed it.
