People only can swim in a designated area of the Horseshoe Lake. No water contact in Lago Los Osos. If they are open, you can go in the Swim Area through the Entry and Kiosk. No alcohol, glass containers, personal barbecues, dogs, bicycles, scooters, or fishing.
Yes I see people swimming all the time. I think some lakes are posted no swimming but not all..hope this helps, I ride there every day...Chris
