Got a voice mail telling me to arrive 30 minutes early but I ended up waiting for 45 minutes! Way longer than my scheduled appointment. So, I suggest asking your patients to come in 30 minutes early ONLY if you can keep on time for the scheduled appointment. Also, no one updated me as I sat there waiting. It would be nice if someone update the patients if you are behind schedule. I was feeling like I was being forgotten while the other patients were being seen before me even though they came after me. No one said anything until I asked. Hopefully, I am not being too critical here. Other than that, the staff and technician are really nice.

The second test she put a plate on my abdomen and the had me Scoot over on the table, when I scooted over the plate moved to the left side. I didn’t realize that it was no longer in the middle so I so when I noticed it I push the button and told for Fatina - she said she would have to do the scan over- but she already had another person waiting and it would be alright. I told her this test was very important to me and would wait- I want to do the test over, she said get dress it will be ok, how I said? You said if it move the scan would be no good- now you say it’s fine because you have some one waiting? It was 3:33 pm my appointment was at 2:30 I arrived at 1:50- I am concerned the rest is no usable- the plate was completely off center and 2 inches off my body on the left side my body.

I had a quick and pleasant mammogram. My wait time was short my exam was comfortable. This location has 100% great hospitality. Being a senior citizen, they were very patient and respectful.

This imaging lab is in a great part of town, the building is sleek, modern and clean. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and the MRI tech went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable before starting my scan. I'd give 5 stars except for one thing. I was scheduled for a Saturday and when I got there the main doors to the building were locked. I spent 15 minutes outside trying to call the office, which wasn't picking up because it was a weekend, and knocking on the door. It wasn't until I walked to the corner of the building that I saw the employee entrance with a sign on the door stating NorCal Imaging's main doors were on the side of the building. Once I walked over there, I had no problem getting in, but it was a little frustrating not knowing how to enter the building.
