My daughter loves her coach and the classes here. However the receptionist (Chinese lady) has been rude multiple times and today was a needle that broke the camel’s back when she yelled at me. Please do something about it: retrain her to have better customer service because her attitude is inappropriate and makes Bay Aerials Gymnastics look bad. Update: the gym owner reached out to me via email and informed me that she is implementing a nicer approach on customer care & service. Which I appreciate so much because kindness matters always.

Unfortunately due to the ongoing service I've received through email and in person from the front desk lady, I've had to cancel my kids classes. She is not friendly. My kids love the classes but Its unfortunate that bay ariel gives parents the work of scheduling a make up class that's "available" according to their website then only to receive another email saying it shows full on their end. It's also odd that front desk cant simply help with rescheduling over the phone/in person to have it settle then and there but to have this ongoing pursuit.

I hate to write this, but it has been hit or miss for us at this location. My kids participated in separate classes for fun. The front desk person was not very nice in all of our interactions. They also seem to struggle with communications. They will write to me from info@ and then tell me to write back to info@. Apparently, replying to emails doesn't work for them. It's a weird way to manage communications. I know that supporting customers can be challenging especially now. They are exempt from the rules and just ended one of our classes due to low attendance with a few days' notice. We however are held to a month of notice and I know that these are strange times, but canceling with a few days notice without a good solution is a jerk move. The instructors were nice for the most part except for one that was really mean and condescending. We just never felt valued as a customer, so the way that they let us go was very fitting.

I love this gym! They provide a multitude of classes and levels for children to grow. All of the staff members are helpful and are very knowledgeable in the sport of gymnastics. The bright colors of the gym create an upbeat and positive learning environment. The team's leotards are also super cute :)

The ninja program is not a martial arts program; there are no belts or color coding. It's more like gymnastics with obstacle courses. For a new student: You can take a paid trial class for any of the Bay Aerials programs. There's a link on their website. If you mean "drop-in" like a make-up class for a current student, you need to coordinate with Bay Aerials in advance to select a day/time/session for the student to join.
Yes you have to pay. They offer a free trial class. Classes are all throughout the week and it depends on what class your taking to get the times.
