We were told we had to pickup applications outside the office due to covid and that everything should be out front. 3 days in a row coming here and there was NOTHING out front, when we called customer service to ask them to bring more out, nobody answered the phone. We waited over an hour.

Terrible service always rude and never solve anything im always having to keep calling for information and when you call takes atleast 45 minutes to get someone to answer while waiting. Terrible work they are terrible

I'm waiting 20 minutes for a rep. That's fine, I get it, DHHS is busy but when a rep HANGS UP on me after I told them what I need is just INSANE. No call backs no nothing. This attitude of service is just unbelievable.

This is for Josh at dcyf . I just want to day you are an awesome person and are in this job for all the right reasons .Most aren't out to put families together but you are . Idk if you make more money messing with families scaring them and separating them but don't let that change you . Keep helping families get back on track. There is nothing worse then getting your world snatched from because of calls with no truth that are made from vengeance and not knowing your rights completely.and being so scared you so what they say and tell the truth and end up w a broken home. There are many people that should have their kids taken. The ones who don't have clothes a room bed or food but when a child has clearly everything she needs and more ? I don't get it and I've seen horrible things happen in NH dcyf. I just wish there was better authority over the business w.e u want to call yourselves. I just hope that the other go by the .goal of helping the parents and reuniting the family like Josh did.

No go to housing authority
Yes, office is now open for the public
The system in NH is terrible. I got denial letters repeatedly..before decisions were even made. Standard policy I'm guessing. I went through the same thing
