Boris is correct, however there are water spiggets in front of camp sites to wash things. I wouldn't drink from there though.

No, and water in faucets is not going all the time. It’s better to bring your water with you. Fires also not allowed, only propane stoves. Charcoal in fire pits is allowed though.
