Wife and I opened up a PB credit card and noticed the employer was writing down our personal information on a piece of paper. When we got our bill that employee charge our account fraudulently . It took two months to get this taken care. I went down twice to let them know they may have a dishonest employee but each time was told there is noting they can do. I would think twice shopping at that store unless you want your identity compromised.

I went in and tried to order an upholstered piece and I had with me an apparently expired card. They said they couldn’t find my account but today when I called customer service I was told they could’ve found it. Be careful they may not want to look up your account.

I ordered a rug and went back to return it the next day (literally less than 24 hours later) and they would not issue a full refund even with a valid reason. The rug had not left the warehouse yet, but I was not given back $119.62 for the shipping. Not one store associate notified me of the return policy before I made my purchase, otherwise I would have waited to buy. It’s not fair that the burden now falls on me when the policy was not clear and it’s been less than 24 hours.

My spouse and I have shopped here a few times. During the Shelter In Place we decided to furnish the patio of our Condo. Nick was awesome. He worked with us over the phone, designed layouts and how the furniture would fit, made recommendations on furniture, carpet, tables, and pillows. He was fantastic to work with in every way. We have our oasis beautifully furnished now thanks to Nick and his attention to detail and design eye. We love it.
