Had a great experience selling my car here. Mani and Jeannette made the process easy and painless. I was skeptical at first because Mani reach out to me based on my Facebook marketplace ad. He gave me a very reasonable offer beating out all other dealers. He was very patient and responsive as I was still waiting for the title on the car. Once I had the title, I took the car in and worked with Jeannette to sell it. They kept their word and the offer never changed. I took the car to get appraised from other dealers and they would list out reasons why they need to lower their offer. Not Mani or Jeanette. These folks have integrity. I would not hesitate to give these folks my business again. I can trust they are not trying to rip me off.

We also ordered a new Toyota Sequoia from him and looking forward to get this vehicle! I had a great buying experience at Toyota Walnut Creek. I did not feel pressured, but rather informed and honored. Our salesperson (Ricky) was knowledgeable with all the different models we looked at. He came across genuine and super relational. I would recommend him to others. The one price sales model is amazing. I was able to see the price upfront and never pushed off to another team member. Their customer service in like none other.
