The Oracal Arena Bart station has a Tram that shuttles people to and from the Oakland Airport every five minutes and it's free. This Shuttle is about three miles and takes about ten minutes each way. Hopefully this helps you with your questions.
Yes, you can take airport Bart to Oakland Oracle. You can Google for distance if you want to drive, or take Uber. I don't advise walking with suitcases, it's far for walking but quick by car. Good Luck
