No restroom in the first parking lot but if you drive further you will find the restrooms. Sometimes they are closed. Nice biking and walking routes. Lots of birds singing there.

I ride here and take my dogs here all the time!! Great place to come to
RICE KING
Come here almost every morning to walk my dog. The morning time not much people around and it nice open walk. It a on leash park only so be careful or you can get a ticket. I sometimes ride my bike here when I get a change. The trail is connected to alamada and oakland so if I want to I can plan a long ride here.

You might have to ask Google that one! its been here in Oakland for as long as I can remember. It's nice to walk the trails, picnic, or just sit and watch the water
