Since insulin injections come in varied forms (individual vials, injection pens and injection pumps) it's safe to say that your insulin may not have a sticker attached to it as most medication bottles do. If you use any of the above devices, they come packaged with the prescription information printed on the packaging. Bring this packaging with you. If you don't have the packaging, bring a copy of the prescription written by your physician.
