They where closed till 8am even though it was saturday!!!! Nirmal schedule is 5:18am and I needed to get to work! Please get reliable employees!. Also it's obvious it wasn't a batt issue because nothing was posted the night before to the bart app. Just a partier too hungover to come to work no doubt.

This station is convenient to head out almost anywhere once you exit. Many store and restaurant in neighborhood. Although the primary ethnic group here is Hispanic you can see other ethnic getting along with everyone. Safe during day, but when evening come be ready.

Plenty of parking, including a huge parking structure. Reliable escalators & elevators. I feel pretty secure in and around the station.

It's not as scary as people make it out to be. This portion of Oakland reminds me a lot of the Mission in SF. The main thing to remember if you're commuting to work and parking at this station is that if you're not there by 7:30AM, you're going to be screwed. Haven't had any incidents/issues here. As of late their elevators in the parking garage have stop functioning and need to be serviced. Police occasionally patrol the garage but I've never really seen them on foot at the station. They have a little farmer's market here sometimes and the kettle corn is pretty good!
