Really nice pier but not a lot for bites. Nice cleaning station. Would give 5 stars but fish bite is slow. Was there 3 weeks and caught 2 jack smelt.

No it's a public fishing pier. Note that all other regulations apply except you can use two rods whereas the SF Bay regulations allow only one.
Yep it's a very nice place to fish the only thing is it's no bathroom
The pier is open from sunrise to sunset. There is no gate and the curfew is mainly there to discourage loitering and camping.
Squid is what I've always used.
Salt and public fishing pier rules apply.
