Dear Mr. De Pinto - Our community has both studio and one bedroom apartments. The pricing includes weekly housekeeping, approximately 20 activities or programs per week, maintenance, transportation within an 8 mile radius, 24 hour concierge, and up to 50 meals per month. Our studios range from $4,895 and up, and our one bedrooms (of which we have 2 types) range from $6,095 and up. Please call us today and ask for a tour.
