Ok .but the Ortho referrals FROM : Coast Plaza Hospital Dr. RETIRED 2 YEARS AGO !!! I was there picking up a CD with my Mom yesterday, & receptionist told us someone was going to take a complaint ,1/2 hr. later NO ONE! WE HAD OTHER THINGS TO DO So we left, receptionist ASSURED US someone would call re: filing a complaint NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CALL!! Who is IN CHARGE OF UPDATING THE REFERRALS? Referral Dr. RETIRED 2 YEARS AGO!!! HELLO?? SOMEONE IS NOT FOING THEIR JOB!!
That should be taken up with the ortho surgeon's office, not the hospital. Surgeons (and doctors) are not hospital employees and the hospital has no control over the doctor outside the hospital.
