I’m not the type of person to be writing reviews about companies but if I could 0 start this clinic I would ! worst place to get medical attention I am 25 weeks pregnant and I have not been seen by my obgyn due to them canceling my appointments literally last minute when I arrive they have 1001 excuses as to why they need to cancel they reschedule to cancel each time ! I’ve been sick for over one month Developed an ear infection made an appointment to see a doctor for them to tell me they can’t see me because I’m pregnant and I have to see my OB/GYN which makes no sense point is if you have Medi-Cal and they assigned you to this place run for the hills you will not be seen and nobody will help you !!

Wish I would have seen these reviews before we chose this medical facility! (Pretty bad) We were planning to make our first visit - but the next available appointment is in 3 MONTHS! They said it's because it's my daughters "first visit." This is pretty unfortunate because my daughter can't start 7th grade until she takes her shots. I explained this to the receptionist, but it obviously didn't matter! No additional options or explanations were suggested at all. So now we have to go through the hassle of setting her up with a new physician. What can you say? This is just how it goes these days. hard to find quality service.

Best doctor visit experience I've ever had. Dr. Patel was very knowledgeable and listened to me. I can't tell you how much that helps. Her assistant Leslie was very professional and friendly. Thank you for taking such good care of me!!

I scheduled to get my lab results by phone twice and they never call me back to give me my lab results. I always get lie after lie, they say that they call me when they don’t. This Westley Health Center really sucks!! Maybe they should paid their employees more so that they can do their job. I always tell my self that if someone is not happy at their job QUIT! Do what makes you happy!! specially if you are dealing with sick patients like me that need my lab results ASAP!! This place should be doing business. I am changing my doctor today and getting my results so that another doctor that cares can read them for me!!!!!!!
