Pros: Clean station/trains, felt safe. Staff was friendly Cons: Prices not the best. Was about the same cost to what I paid in gas driving back & forth. Similar situation with commute time. Trains could get extremely crowded during peak rush hour to where it can be hard to find a seat.

I have a monthly parking permit for a long time at this parking. Today is the first day i got chased out while waiting for a parking and asked to wait at the loading zone only. The reason was i will block other vehicles in case of an emergency. The driveway is wide and allow more than two cars' width and there was no other cars around but me waiting on the side not blocking any car. And most importantly i was in my car and the engine was still running. Why i have to move to a loading zone in order to wait for a parking? It is truly unacceptable. I wasn't blocking anyone. If there is any emergency, of course i will move away for everyone's safety. If this is a new rule which is ridiculous, we certainly didn't know about it.

Although improvements are being made currently to the station, the fact that there has been no effort in the past twenty years is disconcerting. By adding a traveler's center that has transit information and restrooms, the city could vastly improve the quality of the system for greenline connectors and metrolink commuters.

This is the third day in a row that train 681 is 30 minutes late. We are all working people trying to get to our jobs on time. To pay almost $200 dollars for a monthly pass and to have this train late all the time is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I want a refund for my ticket every time this train is late!!!! I wonder why it is never on time since this is the first train that arrives at Union Station in the morning. This train only comes from Laguna Niguel so for the train to be 30 minutes late means that someone didn't show up to work on time!!!! Get it together Metrolink!!!!
