While visiting Los Angeles my catalytic converters were stolen from my vehicle. Not being from the area. I visited multiple shops, only to be turned down. Since catalytic converters are currently on back order. This did not deter Midas. The service I received from Midas in Norwalk was exceptional. They went above and beyond to find the proper parts. Having to leave back home, I left my vehicle in their hands. I did not have an ounce of stress. The Midas team took great care of my vehicle and efficiently updated me on the status of the repair. Also, Midas provided me with options with the best interest of the customer. This made making major decisions easy for me. This location has definitely earned my respect and highly recommend.

There are certain shops that simply go through the motions, do your oil change do a quick inspection, charge you and send you on your way. This Midas couldn’t be anything more different. The service is impeccable, very knowledgeable staff and employees, explaining all issues and mechanics related to your automobile. I would say they go above and beyond to make your experience well worth the time and money spent. I was told exactly what my vehicle needed urgently, and what issues I could delay based on my ability to pay. Turns out I need 4 new tires and a new coolant reservoir. Reuven, the owner, was quick to give me a quote on the repairs. I am definitely someone who compares prices AND I must say that I was quoted by far the best price I could find, even online. So I pretty much only trust this Midas with my precious vehicle.

Efficient am and friendly service. The team here is a happy crew of people. Prices are good. I went in for an oil change. Had a coffee and was in and out within an hour easy. Highly recommend this Midas Facility
