It is 1:15 pm and Friday the 15 of July and there’s only 2 tellers working slowly . Me and about 7 others have been safe ding in line for about 15 min! They need more tellers here , this branch is going downhill. The machines in the front don’t work well. Please hire more people because EVERH TIME. I come in here the line is long and moving very slow. Makes the wells cargo experience HORRIBLE

Can't access my account online, Person on line tells me i need to go to the branch to make sure my cell phone number is on my account. Go to the branch. Your account has your information just go online can call the number. Call the number, you need your pin. oh you don't have your pin, you need to go to the branch. Go back to the branch. you need to have an appointment to talk to a banker. Can i make an appointment right now? You need to go online to make an appointment...so while I am physically at the branch, i CAN'T make an appointment to talk to a banker at that same branch. Useless. utterly useless.

I have been using this bank for over 35 yrs and never have problems. Due to the excellent customer service I receive, I have my parents and children bank here as well. My children shared charges are less than other banks. When the one in Norwalk opened I was excited to have one so close instead of driving to Cerritos.

This place has been closed for a few months now due to the virus and its understandable, last time I was here with a friend was back in early March, but either way it always has long lines, with only two tellers helping their customers. The rest of the staff is either just greeting customers asking what are you there for? I really hate that because I personally don't like to tell them my business because either way I still have to wait in line for my turn. Hopefully when they reopen for business they can fix that. Btw the guy Jonathan needs to stop freeballing because idk if he does it on purpose to make something quite noticeable.
