Yes, Kyoto has yellow sauce, it’s Hollandaise sauce but they don’t normally serve it like their ginger, honey mustard and yum yum, you will have to tell chef or server so they will bring it to your table.
They call it Yum Yum sauce. Its a sweet yellow sauce but not like Hollandaise Sauce.
