We drove down here from out of town. Our teenage son wanted to buy himself a quality necklace. The staff was friendly and very good. The quality is great and the service was too. If anyone is wondering they treated us as good as the engage couple next to us that I am sure was spending more money. He will come back for his next purchase.

Shane company always had 10 stars from me until today. I went in to sell or trade my wedding ring. I needed to do this in order to close the chapter to a very long abusive marriage. The associate who inspected my ring came back with an offer for me to either sell or trade. Because of the particulars of the trade deal I decided to go ahead with the sell deal. He took the ring back, went to the jeweler room, and came back out saying they could no longer buy my ring due to a crack in the diamond. I’m sorry but I do not understand how my diamond would’ve gotten crack in the first place seeing how much pressure that would take. Also he had already looked at my ring and diamond and given me an offer. Going back on his word as he did was unprofessional and emotionally devastating. I will never be back.

We've purchased multiple times from the Shane Co Overland Park location. The service is amazing, even when busy, and they continue taking care of customers after the sale. They also take their satisfaction guarantee seriously. I recently purchased a band to stack with another ring and was questioning whether I made the right choice after I got home. I went back to the store and Chelsea showed me many other rings, but when I couldn't find anything I liked better, she talked to the lab and they were able to modify the ring I had purchased to address my concerns.
