Unprofessional, Rude, and clearly not Focused. I am dumbfounded with my experience at this place and specifically with Max. After corresponding via email with Max and getting assured that he could make what I requested, I was extremely disappointed when I actually arrived to the store and encountered unprofessionalism to a degree I haven't seen in a long time. First of all, the shirts he assured me they had via email, they did not have. Secondly, in my emails with him I sent a few different concepts but landed on one in particular - which he clearly noted in the email, yet, he printed the wrong concept so I had to have him change it. Here's where it gets nightmarish. After He botched the first print, he went back in his computer and pulled up our email thread where he acknowledged that he made a mistake. He then went to work redesigning the image. The problem was he used the low quality image from the mock up design I sent him instead of the high quality one that I sent him. He then goes on to print this hideously jagged low quality design and make the shirt. When I pointed out to him that the shirt looked terrible and asked if he used the high quality logo that I sent him he admitted that he didn't and then had the audacity to put the blame on me. He said that I was there and watched him remake the image and should have said something. As if somehow I'm supposed to be the professional graphic designer/shirt maker now... Here's where I screwed up. Before he printed the final shirt I made the mistake of letting him charge me. And even after I asked repeatedly for my money back he would not refund me. I even offered to pay him $25 more dollars to just remake the shirts right. Nope. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

The company I work for ordered shirts from a different vendor. After receiving the original shirts, something was missing. That vendor would not add to our design, in fact several will not. When I called Custom Tees, they said it was "no problem". The price was beyond reasonable and the turn around time was less than 10 days!!! The process was easy, quick and exceeded my expectations.
