Normally it is snowing to the town level by Thanksgiving weekend, but it seems we have another drought this Winter, happy hiking, but kind of sad, feel no winter at all

Absolutely no snow no precipitation no rain in the near forecast into January. It is almost spring like conditions 60 degrees 55 degrees on the mountain station park area incredibly dry the trees need so much water so badly as well as the trees over in Joshua Tree I don't know what they're talking about but the drought still exists here in Southern California
