Go to www.pstramway.com for rates and fees. It goes to approx. 8,500 feet elevation. The tram is the easiest method into the park (and to the summit) although you can hike from the Skyline or Marion Mountain trails as well. At this time of year, I'd imagine you'd need winter mountaineering equipment for a summit attempt - be safe!
